How does Warmweave’s heated clothing work?
Our garments use ultra-thin carbon fiber heating pads sewn into key warmth zones like your back, chest, and shoulders. Just plug the built-in USB cable into a portable power bank and press the power button to heat up.
Is it safe to wear heated clothing all day?
Yes. Our garments and power banks include built-in safety features. The heat is gentle and adjustable for comfort.
What power bank do I need?
A 5V/2A portable USB power bank is ideal. Most modern banks are compatible.
Can I use my own power bank?
Yes, as long as it matches the voltage and amperage (5V/2A).
How long does the heat last?
Low heat: 8–10 hrs • Medium: 5–6 hrs • High: 3–4 hrs. Power duration depends on the bank capacity.
Can I wash my heated garments?
Absolutely. Remove the power bank, close ports, and place in a laundry bag. Gentle cycle only.
Are your non-heated items suitable for outdoor winter use?
Yes! Our cozywear like scarves, oodies, and slippers are designed to keep you warm and stylish outdoors and indoors.
Do the heated garments feel bulky?
Not at all — they’re lightweight, breathable, and made for all-day wear.

How long does shipping take?
We typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location (UK: 3–5 days, EU/US: 7–12 days).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally to most regions. Costs and times are shown at checkout.
Why does my power bank take longer?
Due to shipping regulations, power banks are sent separately and may arrive a few days later than your main order.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Some items ship separately (like power banks or backordered items) — we’ll send tracking for each shipment.
Can I change my shipping address?

Will I get a tracking number?
